Red, White and Blue Jello Mold

Fourth of July side dish
White layer:
1 can (16 oz.) frozen lemonade
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water, 1 cup hot water
1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 cup chopped celery
Red Layer:
1 pkg. frozen raspberries or strawberries
1 3 oz. pkg. of raspberry or strawberry jello
1 1/2 cups hot water
Blue layer:
1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. Partially thaw lemonade and berries by letting them stand unopened in the refrigerator about 3 hours or place under running water about 15 minutes.
2. White Layer: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let stand to soften. Add hot water stirring until dissolved. Add lemonade and cream cheese. Blend well using electric beater (hand mixer). Refrigerate until partially thickened. Then stir in chopped celery. Pour/spoon into 5 1/2 cup jello mold. Chill until firm.
3. Red Layer: Mix jello into hot water and stir to dissolve. Add berries. Chill until partially firm. Pour over white layer. Chill until firm.
4. Blue Layer: Remove jello mold from mold. Fill top with thawed blueberries.
